Penn Station, Baltimore

1500 N. Charles Street

On Dec. 3rd, communities across the world will raise their voices in opposition to toxic trade agreements that put profit over people and the planet — and Baltimore will do the same.

Called for by the Indonesian People’s Movement Against NeocolonialismImperialism, the Dec. 3rd actions will kick off the World Trade Organization’s Dec. 3-6th meeting in Bali, Indonesia and precede the Trans-Pacific Partnership’s round of negotiations from Dec. 7-9th in Singapore.

Join us for some creative resistance Baltimore-style, as we team up for a few anti-TPP light projections with the awesome Luminous Intervention and share large-scale illustrations of how this treaty threatens the very economies, environments, and communities of Baltimore and beyond.

Momentum against the TPP is building, from Wikileaks’ release of the Intellectual Property chapter to recent letters raising the concerns of nearly 200 members of Congress. It’s time to help demonstrate just how powerful global resistance to the TPP can be — and just how possible it is to stop the next NAFTA in its tracks.
