On Dec. 3rd, activists rallied at the intersection of State Street and Pearl Street in downtown Albany, NY, and distributed almost 400 fliers to the public. The presidents of both the Albany Labor Council and the Troy Area Labor Council were there, with an Albany Labor Council sign and the TALC banner.

The rally was initially organized by Occupy Albany, with active participation from the Albany and Troy Area Labor Councils, the Capital District Area Labor Federation, MoveOn and the Solidarity Committee of the Capital District (a local grassroots labor group).
